Rules
WhoDeyTop is a public paid leaderboard. You bid to stand above everyone else. Rank na the bid — nothing else. No quality score, no reviews, no endorsement.
How ranking works
- Bids are in Ghana cedis. New spots start at GHS 20, in whole GHS 5 steps, up to GHS 100,000 per listing.
- Ranks run highest total first, so your position is wherever your total lands among the rest. Taking #1 costs at least GHS 5 more than the current top bid.
- For example: if #2 is on GHS 380 and #3 is on GHS 300, a GHS 350 total puts you at #3.
- Equal bids keep their order — the earlier bid stays on top.
- Enter the same link again to raise it to any total — you pay only the difference. Anyone may add to any listing; the money lands on that listing, so funding a rival only pushes them up. To beat someone you raise your own.
- Only a completed, confirmed payment moves the board. Starting a checkout reserves nothing.
What you can list
- Any legitimate Ghana-facing business, product, creator, personality, event, church or organization with a public https page — a website, social profile, event page, or app page.
- No account is needed to bid. Pay, and we email you a receipt and a link to manage what you paid for.
- Listings appear once payment confirms and are moderated afterwards, not before. Anything against the rules below is removed on sight.
- Is a listing yours but someone else put it up? Paying for a listing does not make somebody its owner. Contact us with proof you control the link and we will transfer or remove it — and a listing removed that way is not refunded to whoever paid for it.
- Not allowed: gambling and betting, adult content, political campaigning, medicines and medical claims, investment/forex/crypto solicitation, weapons, scams, counterfeits, chat-group invites, link shorteners, and anything illegal or deceptive. The full policy is in our terms.
After you pay
- Your listing is public, with its bid amount and its click count. Clicks go through our redirect so both of us can count them, and obvious bots are excluded from the number shown.
- Bids buy a changing position on a live board — not clicks, sales, or a guaranteed duration at any rank.
- A removed listing (policy violation) stays paid for and its payment records stay intact; it just stops being shown.
